Shipping policy

All of the products are made to order, standard processing time is 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Once an order is crafted and packaged it will be shipped. All shipping and tracking information will be sent via email. Please note that once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
